Eric Kosse is an artist living and working in Brooklyn NY.

Summers spent in a studio in Provincetown MA, and drawing and printmaking workshops at The Fine Arts Work Center have influenced his work, which often explores pattern, movement, line, representation, iconography, landscape, materiality, autobiography and memory...

in Brooklyn, Eric works in his Gowanus studio, his Park Slope apartment, Prospect Park, and when traveling; looking and absorbing the energies and influences of the environment, objects, and experiences specific to wherever he happens to be.

Works on paper, lots of sumi ink, homemade Walnut inks, other inks; marks made with pens, brushes, sticks, homemade brushes, pencil, charcoal, mono print and painting are a focus of his practice.
Photography, Printmaking and Installation are also often explored.

Current work is posted daily on Instagram as part of his studio practice
